What Makes PDE Different?
Installation
Your installation will be carried out by one of our highly qualified engineers who will also provide certified, on-site training in the use of your equipment for key staff.
PDE waste compaction and recycling equipment is covered by an extensive warranty for a period of 12 months from the date of installation.
Service Contract
The key to a long, reliable and outstanding performance from a PDE waste system is to provide pro-active scheduled maintenance. We are pleased to be able to offer a comprehensive, on-site planned maintenance Service Contract, which provides for two full services per annum at an extremely reasonable cost.
This proactive cover provides an ideal safeguard from date of installation with regards to parts and general maintenance so that down time can be kept to a minimum. Planned maintenance can benefit our customers in the knowledge that the machine and its components are working to the optimum of their performance prior to the cessation of the warranty period. It has been found that by maintaining our compactors from date of installation that other costs in years 2,3 and going forward, can be significantly reduced.
The first of two annual service visits within our Service Contract, covers a preventative maintenance checklist, the second provides for a comprehensive service.
Parts
An important area of PDE’s service to its clients is to provide product support which meets the needs of their demanding environments. To this end, PDE can normally offer the full requirements for parts supply within 24 hours of order. An extensive stock is held in our Parts Department together with technical and service support. Overnight delivery of most components can be achieved direct to customers’ premises.
Our Service Network
PDE are focused in providing total product support for all our waste equipment, with a 24-hour fast rack service network throughout the UK, affecting both emergency and repair call out within 48 hours, in the unlikely event of equipment failure. Many waste compactors and balers produced by the Group as early as 1960 in the UK are still being maintained and supported by our service departments at Manchester, Glasgow, St Albans and Cardiff.
